Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring, and interacting with our customers and patients leveraging digital, data and analytics.
Our company's Data Visualization group within the Human Health Commercial Analytics Solutions department is seeking a summer intern to design and develop high-quality, compelling data visualization products to drive programmatic decision making, learning and adaptation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, data use cases, and develop clear and compelling data products that transform data into interactive and dynamic visualizations to convey analytical insights, demonstrate results, and communicate analytical findings. You will create understanding and empathy around user needs, stated and unstated, for the Human Health Commercial Analytics team.

We are seeking intern candidates at all levels with strong academic performance, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi-functional environment.
Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA or Rahway, NJ
Education:
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA or MS degree
Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of studies towards a Bachelor's degree by June 2025
Required Experience and Skills:
Candidates must be available to work full-time, on-site, for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June of 2025
Proven analytics and problem-solving skills
Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with an ability to process technical information and translate clearly and concisely to broad audiences
Innovative thinking with affinity toward experimentation and appropriate risk-taking
Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and organize/prioritize work efficiently and effectively.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience using data visualization software such as Power BI / Qlik / Spotfire or other BI technologies
Experience and knowledge in ETL process, data modeling techniques, and platforms (Alteryx, Informatica, Dataiku, etc.)
Experience working with Database technologies (Redshift, Oracle, Snowflake, etc.) & data processing languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$39,600.00 - $105,500.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
