Job Summary

Responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and staff in Comcast's Internal communications Department. Coordinates multiple projects; orchestrates meetings and provides calendaring support for senior executives when needed, analyzes data and compiles reports. Maintains necessary office supplies and ensures various equipment is properly procured and configured, installed and maintained. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and clerical support including correspondence, typing, filing, research and various projects.
  • Maintains calendars and schedules meetings for four executives.
  • Provides T&E support.
  • Practices good judgment, discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information regarding department activities.
  • Creates intricate spreadsheets, Word documents and/or PowerPoint presentations.
  • Provides support during the annual budgeting process and other budget updates as needed.
  • Processes invoices and accounts payable.
  • Screens and directs incoming phone calls.
  • Assists with onboarding of new teammates joining the company, including procurement of equipment and other arrangements as needed.
  • Handles maintenance of all office equipment.
  • Works closely with and builds relationships with other admins in the department and throughout the company to ensure awareness of key administrative information and to coordinate meetings, arrangements, other activities where needed.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
