Associate Director, Clinical Bio-Sample and Supply Operations 2055580
Location:Cambridge MA (Hybrid)
Therapeutic Area:Rare Disease
Job Overview:This role focuses on enhancing lab vendor partnerships, streamlining departmental collaboration, optimizing clinical SOPs, managing bio-samples, and supervising vendor services for study efficiency.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Establish and enhance partnerships with laboratory and supply vendors for optimized clinical operations.
Drive the creation and adoption of SOPs and training for effective bio-sample and supply management.
Develop robust management plans for bio-sample logistics and regulatory compliance.
Manage bio-sample lifecycle and act as the key point of contact for laboratory vendors and CROs.
Advanced degree with 8+ years in a related field.
Expertise in regulated environments (GCP, GLP, CLIA) and bio-sample regulations.
Solid background in drug development, clinical trial management, and sample logistics.
Strong organizational, communication skills; proactive, team-driven problem-solving ability.
