About this role:

In this role, you will:

• Manage customer inquiries, payment performance and disputes

• Provide support regarding portfolio payment performance, potential or emerging risks, and business conformity with risk appetite, credit culture, and policies

• Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives

• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development

• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

• Receive direction from supervisors, and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of the portfolio and credit functions, analytical tools, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

• Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Portfolio experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience

• 1+ years of collections experience

• Ability to be an integral part of a strong team

• Strong problem solving and attention to details

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas

• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

• College degree in Finance or Business Administration

• Portfolio Mangement and Commercial Banking experience

• Finance and inventory experience

Job Expectations:

• Willingness to work on-site in the listed location

• This role is hybrid, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote
