Job Description:

Position:Desktop Support Technician

Location:Fully Remote

Estimated Duration: The client approximates that this project may last up to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.

Pay Rate Range:$20-22/hr. (paid weekly)

Project Description: Main activities will be coordinating and overseeing the North America & Latam Access Management teams that manage the onboarding, offboarding, Sensitive terminations, User management, Application Access, etc.


Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:

  • Participate in projects, internal audits (MCS, SOX) and negotiations with all levels of the business and IT, with relation to the design of new security implementations design and its impact on the support process Following Security procedures and standards.
  • Coordinate 2 teammates activities and also the interaction with the Service Desk Agents.

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
  • Service Now (Incident and Request management)
  • ITIL Fundamentals
  • Active Directory (Microsoft)
  • Desired (SAP User Creation, SAP GRC Tickets)
  • Sox Control concepts
