Responsibilities / Tasks
- Technical Support:
- Assist Sales Engineers with technical expertise in Renewable Resources applications - separators and decanters
- Aid customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues with separators and decanter installations.
- Customer Engagement:
- Support customers in optimizing processes and performing field trials.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Internal and External Training:
- Provide training sessions for customers and internal teams to increase understanding of products and processes.
- Market Positioning and Product Development:
- Position the product effectively against competitors.
- Collaborate with product development teams on customer-related projects.
- Cross-Functional Support:
- Work with service and project execution teams to provide industry-specific knowledge.
- Uphold a unified approach in client interactions ("One face to the Client" culture).
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Experience and Expertise:
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, with knowledge of separators and decanters.
- Familiarity with customer bases and competitors in the field.
- Technical and Practical Know-How:
- Expertise in state-of-the-art processes related to decanters and separators
- Educational background in Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent experience.
- Personal Attributes:
- Open-minded, solution-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with excellent networking and communication skills.
- Customer Focus:
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build rapport across various organizational levels.
- Confident, capable, and credible in client-facing scenarios.
- Additional Requirements:
- English proficiency.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50-70%).
