The ideal talent is an experienced and detail-oriented analyst who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting business data to help the organization make informed decisions.

You will work with a variety of stakeholders to gather and analyze information needed, solving complex problems, while escalating issues as necessary.

You will manage small initiatives including the creation of reports, dashboards, charts, and graphs that communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely.

This teammate must possess knowledge of business intelligence tools and routinely looks for process improvements and applies creative thinking and new ideas to existing opportunities.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Collect and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions.

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and identify trends.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.

  • Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.

  • Design and generate reports, as well as identify trends and patterns to help improve business operations.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.

  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.

  • Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.

  • Manage small project initiatives with limited scope.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT, or equivalent education and related training.

  • Four years of professional consulting, project analyst or relevant industry experience, with three years of specializing in systems implementations, merger integration, business transformation and change management.

  • ·Strong analytical skills; excellent fact-gathering and business process mapping.

  • ·Self-starter, highly motivated, change agent Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tableau or equivalent business intelligence tool experience.

  • Data analytics knowledge and experience.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to travel as needed, occasionally overnight.
