Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:As an EEO Compliance Data Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization meets crucial regulatory requirements with precision and impact. You'll assist in the process of preparing essential data to government agencies like the OFCCP. Armed with advanced Excel skills, you'll gather and compile workforce data and assist in uncovering trends. The EEO Compliance Data Specialist works with the Sr Dir, EEO/Regulatory Compliance to manage and execute the Companys Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action obligations. The position is responsible for assisting with project management specific to nationwide compliance with these statutory and regulatory obligations.
