IT Support SpecialistGrowing wellness and nutraceutical company is expanding their operations! We have a dynamic team and positive work culture!
The Job:
Responsibilities will range from resolving helpdesk IT requests in a timely manner, with a positive attitude and following up with the user to ensure satisfaction, installing/mounting new hardware to vetting and setting up new systems for all locations.
The technician will work closely with fellow department members and contractors on IT projects. Technician must be able to clearly communicate with the IT Manager to ensure all projects are reviewed and approved, on schedule, and deadlines are met. Remain current on industry standards, potential threats and remain up to date on hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
- Resolves IT tickets for all users in the company
- Maintain all hardware and software with the latest updates and security patches
- Writes and updates documentation for current and new systems
- Vets and implements new software and hardware
- Onboard and offboard users
Skills:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of hands-on help desk experience
- Experience with Mac OS and Windows
- Effectively communicates in writing, by phone, or in person. Excellent written and verbal communication needed
- Proven track record of over-achieving goals or going above and beyond
- Possess a willingness to learn
- Friendly and upbeat disposition is highly valued and key in this role
- Flexibility- being available for after-hours calls
- Actively embraces healthy living
- JAMF and AWS experience preferred but not required
- IT asset management tools such as Samanage (Solarwinds)
???????-ZenDesk experience preferred
