Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Items Analyst. In this role, you will ensure our Lockheed Martin products are available and ready when the customer needs them, provide the best possible outcomes by using analytic driven solutions, and lower operating cost through dynamic data driven problem solving. The successful candidate should have experience and/or knowledge of supply and logistics principles, which will help optimize aircraft maintenance planning and execution, leading to improved mission readiness and fleet availability.
Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college including: Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Operations Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, or Business.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
* Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
* Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think critically in a high tempo customer-centered environment.
* Experience with data tools or programming languages such as Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.
* Experience with stakeholder/customer relationship management
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
