Job Description:
Title: Contract Negotiator and Administer
Location: Alexandria, VA
Schedule: Hybrid (onsite 1x every 2 weeks)
Job Type: 6 month contract to hire
Clearance: Public Trust
Certifications Preferred: CDFM or DoD FMC (Level I-III)
Day-to-Day:
- Coordinate large qualities of Administrative data management, and monthly reviews, prepare corrective measures for operational annual acquisitions inspections for Audit Readiness.
- Perform monthly training to provide current and up-to-date policy changes with processing agreements to all internal and external new personnel IAW regulations, policies, ethical guidance for quality control of acquisition protocols.
- Conduct regular submission reviews, collaborate, and provide guidance to correct discrepancies and process all 7600A and Memorandum of Agreements within each customers unique timeline; address all customers corrections on 7600As.
Must have skills/technologies:
- Bachelor's Degree (*Preferred Discipline: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.)
- Active Public Trust Security Clearance
- 4 years' experience analyzing, or assessing business processes in support of budget, audit, acquisition or contract actions.
- Experience assessing products and or procedures for compliance with government standards, accounting principles or internal controls.
- 4 years' experience drafting reports and presentations based on a critical analysis of complex data designed to be presented to both entry-level and executive-level audiences.
- Advance skillset in Microsoft suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe 22 Acrobat Preferred experience
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations
- Knowledge of Inter-Agency agreements and 7600 process
- Prior experience with government purchase request
