The Customer Success Manager will help drive the next wave of growth in our B2B business. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of customers using our flagship software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution by building relationships, driving product adoption, and empowering teams to fulfill their goals. Your primary focus will be becoming a Blue Rabbit platform expert and trusted advisor to our new and existing customers and providing tailored solutions that address their pain points. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of surpassing goals using a solutions-based approach and thrive in a fast-paced startup built on innovation and market disruption.
Where will you work?
· This is a full-time position working remotely
What you’ll do:
- Develop and grow relationships with new and existing clients within an assigned geographic region of the veterinary market.
- Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the Blue Rabbit team.
- Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding and implementation.
- Develop plans to ensure our customers adopt our platform to align with their business needs and goals.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely Salesforce records for all partner accounts; capture all sales activities to support team communications, company learnings, report generation, and general territory management.
- Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the expanding features of our product offering.
- Partner with sales and product teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
- Answer client inquiries concerning products, their uses, and the industry.
- Periodically prepare and report results, the status of accounts, and leads to the manager.
- Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans.

What you’ve done:
- Obtained a bachelor’s degree or comparable years of experience in Sales Development or Customer Success in lieu of a degree
- Gained 1-3+ years experience in sales and customer service with direct customer contact
- Proven successful in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, focusing on customer success
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Gained excellent sales and negotiation skills
