Plans, drives, and evaluates Reliability and Technical Operations/Engineering projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Builds and leads project teams ensuring quality control throughout the plant/network lifecycle. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.Job Description
This position works in a hybrid work schedule. Mandatory in-office Monday - Thursday, and virtual on Fridays.
Core Responsibilities
Works with leaders from frontline to Sr. Leadership Team to lay out project implementation as well as drive more reliability in plant/network guidelines as well as plan for personnel and/or other resource requirements.
Handles Reliability and Technical Operations/Engineering projects of major importance to overall business operations by reporting status, tracking delays, as well as making required adjustments.
Applies project management foundational principles and organizational structure on key initiatives.
Crafts critical metrics to show how work is impacting the business.
Directs project teams and teams across the organization in the development as well as implementation of project plans.
Negotiates, coordinates, and monitors contracts.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Job Specification:
Project management knowledge and experience.
Strong critical thinking or problem-solving skills
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years project management experience.
Knowledge of or experience in telecommunications and construction or utility.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to a variety of stakeholders.
Strong change management skills.
Ability to influence leaders and various stakeholders.
PMP/ProSci/CAPM certification
