The Quality/Production Supervisor role in our Animal Milk Replacer plant will focus on quality program compliance, coordinating production, and laboratory oversight. The qualified candidate will be the forefront in safety, quality, employee engagement, and compliance with regulatory needs.
Hours: Mon-Fri; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with flexibility
Experience-Education (Required):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Feed Science, Agriculture, or related field and 1+ year quality leadership experience OR High school diploma and 2+ years quality leadership experience
- Candidates in the rotational Land O' Lakes programs (TAP/MMT/DMT) will be considered
