Our agency client is looking for a remote Senior UX Researcher to join their team! This agency is working with a client in the insurance/financial space and will be building a new website for their services. 

This is a freelance position, fully remote, 40 hours a week through January. This person will need to be able to work on Central Standard Time. 

In order to be considered for this role, you must have a portfolio showcasing your UX research experience, case studies, etc. 

The Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for: 

•  Reviewing existing research and background documents 
•  Expand existing user profiles and identify gaps and recommend research approach to fill them 
•  Establish high level journeys for each audience 
•  Present journeys and user profiles for client approval 

The Senior UX Researcher must have: 

• 5+ years of experience and in depth knowledge of Interaction Design and Service Design applying user-centered design processes 
• Experience establishing high level journeys and user profiles 
• Experience with software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, JIRA, Microsoft office and Google suite 
• Agile environment experience - Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with clients
