This position is part of the Customer & Commercial Enablement organization (CCX). As a Data Migration Lead for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) for CCX, you will hold a strategic leadership position in the data migration team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to the Honeywell platforms. You will develop and implement data migration strategies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruption to business operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you work together to identify data requirements, validate data quality, and ensure data integrity. Your strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills will be instrumental in driving successful data migration initiatives.

In this role, you will impact the success of mergers and acquisitions by ensuring the seamless transfer of data and enabling business continuity. You will report directly to our Sr Director IT and work out of our Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC locations on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the CCX data migration team for mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop and implement data migration strategies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and validate data quality
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process
  • Monitor and track data migration progress, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies
  • Conduct data mapping and transformation activities to ensure compatibility between systems
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate the success of data migration activities
  • Document data migration processes and maintain documentation for future reference
  • Oversee activities including kick-offs, workshops, status meetings, ad-hoc updates, working sessions to achieve successful test cycles & final data migration
  • Act as responsible contact and reliable interface between SMEs, Product Owners, key internal stakeholders, project team and our key CCEX leaders
  • Identify and implement data analytics tools and technologies that enhance data capabilities and improve efficiency in M&A processes.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Must be a US citizen due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5-10 years of experience in data migration, preferably in the context of mergers and acquisitions
  • 3-5 years of project/program management experience
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience in developing and implementing data migration strategies and procedures
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • US Citizenship

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience with data mapping and transformation activities
  • Familiarity with data quality and data integrity best practices
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with Commercial and Customer Experience platform such as Salesforce, SAP CPQ, SAP Commerce Cloud, PROS Pricing, Adobe Experience Manager, PIM, DAM,
  • Knowledge of data migration tools like Plauti is a plus
  • Knowledge of Gen AI data migration tools
  • Understanding of customer master, material master, and transaction data models to ensure effective integration and analysis of data relevant to M&A activities.
