Sr. Manager, Demand Planner (Hospital Patient Monitoring)Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Demand Planning, will create revenue, inventory and demand forecasts for an 18-month rolling planning horizon, by creating the statistical baseline forecast and enriching it with all relevant input from Sales, Customers, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance, and adjacent functions.
Your role:
- Leading the North American region in planning, while acting as the primary point of contact for the respective business unit. Overseeing forecasting, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Preparing forecast analytics and evaluating forecast outcomes, while managing a diverse group of stakeholders across various functions, within the regional and global organization.
- Applying advanced analytic techniques such as optimization, simulation, data mining and statistics, to design, implement, validate, and refine models to drive performance and forecast accuracy.
- Supporting functions in planning, forecasting, and communication for Business Review Meetings (BRM), Annual Operating Planning (AOP), and Strategic Planning of Record (SPOR).
- Developing analytics and lean methodologies to drive improvements in key S&OP and inventory metrics, analyzing scenarios with an end-to-end scope to inform management decisions, and collaborating with functions to implement countermeasures and close gaps.

- You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in demand management, project planning, and scheduling, and/or supply chain management and are comfortable performing complex Excel modeling.
- Your skills include exceptional stakeholder management and engagement, proficiency in supply chain analysis, and a strong capability to apply lean methodologies to tackle complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- You have a bachelor’s degree (required), MBA is preferred.

- You’re an excellent communicator, thrive with a high level of collaboration and are a self-starter with ability to work in a matrix environment.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $100,000 to $171,000.
The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA and Cambridge, MA is $112,000 to $192,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
