Description:The Aero IT Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in shaping the technology strategy for the product/group by developing and maintaining a forward-thinking architecture blueprint, promoting innovation, and leveraging industry-recognized architectural patterns. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise IT and Business Functions, to gain a deep understanding of business objectives and requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring solutions are aligned with business direction and meet the needs of all Lines of Business (LOBs)
- Providing overarching technical guidance for solution development
- Coordinating architecture definition across Experience Groups
- Partnering with Domain Architects to ensure solutions align with the overall architecture and adhere to established guidelines

By fulfilling these responsibilities, the Aero IT Solutions Architect drives the technical direction of the product/group, fosters innovation, and ensures solutions meet the evolving needs of the business

Basic Qualifications:
- US Citizenship is required for this role, as is the ability and willingness to obtain Secret level DoD Security Clearance
- Significant experience in developing and executing technical plans/roadmaps
- Ability to transform requirements into specific solution architecture design documents
- Knowledge of Agile principles and development practices
- Implementation experience with IT solutions
- Experience within Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) systems development
Desired Skills:
- Significant experience with 3DX implementations including 3DX installation , Development , Configuration and Widget Development
- Functional and Technical Development, Configuration Experience in 3DX Suite of Products including ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA brand Apps
- Knowledge of Unified Typing, EKL Scripts, Exalead Indexing, Netvibes Apps Development in 3DX platform.
- Experience in 2023X and 3DX upgrade
- Experience in Data migration between 3DX & Non-3DX Legacy Apps
- Experience with DevSecOps and Transformation Initiatives

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $125,900 - $237,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
