Store Support Hardware Technician
Apex Systems is looking for a qualified individual to fill an immediate opening for Store Support Hardware Technician position. Please see the job description below for details of the role.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Verifies store equipment is prepared and ready to be shipped out daily based on SLAs.
  • Maintains, monitors and tracks all new and refurbished equipment, evaluates and repairs equipment as necessary.
  • Images and Stages POS equipment according to documented processes and business requirements.
  • Monitors electronic movement of IT hardware inventory using Jira as well as the physical movement of equipment throughout the DC.
  • Performs all warranty services, testing and repairs for store hardware including but not limited to tablets, mobile handheld devices, printers, receipt printers, scanners, POS, Computers, etc.
  • Researches and investigates inventory inaccuracies and unreturned hardware equipment to keep control of all hardware assets.
  • Additional duties and projects as required.

Qualifications:
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience with applied PC repair experience in Help Desk or Service Center focusing mainly on IT hardware testing and/or IT inventory control
