Job Description:
Title: SuccessFactors Project Manager
Duration: 6mo contract
Job Description:
5 years + Technical PM experience
* Experience working on a SuccessFactors implementation- Needs to understand the technical side of HR and the implementation phases etc.. Should understand how requirements effect IT, naming conventions and impacts and flows of decisions through out organization.
* Experience working with EU partners and vendors.
* Have worked on a project involving Mulesoft and the integration tool
* Agile
* AI experience within SuccessFactors
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
- Lead the implementation and integration of new HR modules within SuccessFactors.
- Manage the responsibilities of the staff assigned to the program.
- Outline and develop a project plan and timeline
- Apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement, productivity, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
- Review/submit deliverables and manage invoicing. Manage program financials.
- Ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate with global vendor and internal partners and stakeholders as needed
