Treasury Director, Capital Markets & Operations

What You Will Get To Do:
- Manage short-term borrowing needs and ensure the efficient use of credit lines;
- Lead debt covenant compliance including monitoring and reporting;
- Manage letters of credit and guarantees;
- Assist in relationship management with capital providers including banks, private equity and private credit providers as well as rating agencies;
- Manage share repurchase program;
- Proactively identify and lead opportunities for improvements to capital structure, lower cost of capital, and improving EPS;
- Participates in the establishment and management of a long-term, strategic model in partnership with FP&A, Tax and Corporate Development to assess complex financing needs and conduct detailed scenario analysis for financing alternatives;
- Actively monitor capital markets and economic data and provide senior management with regular analysis, market updates and emerging trends;
- Assist in the preparation of 10Q/10k treasury support and footnote information
- Reporting, advising and managing key financial metrics including cash flow & liquidity planning, working capital, leverage, etc.
- Support Director of Treasury Operations on international cash management and ancillary treasury activities;
- Leading global position reporting on cash, investment, debt, etc.
What You Will Bring:
- Masters degree preferred in Finance or similar field
- 10+ years’ of experience in treasury and operations
- 5+ years’ of management experience
