In this role, you will provide operational support for multiple product lines for the Ameriprise Federal Savings Bank (FSB) Operations, on operational functions including SME support on projects, initiatives, marketing and sales. You will be responsible for understanding and maintaining reference documentation for all operational oversight processes, both internal and external, for assigned product line(s). Additional responsibilities include management of client-experience program for the bank and completing analysis used to make recommendations to improve client experience for bank clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage backlog of client experience recommendations; work with stakeholder teams (product, operations, affiliates) to prioritize, estimate, and present recommendations to leadership
  • Co-manage client complaint process - central point of contact for Banking and Cash Solutions, track complaints, ensure resolution, and provide analysis/reporting for BCS management
  • Complete analysis and make research-based recommendations in partnership with the product team to improve product features, service, sales, marketing, processes, policies and procedures
  • Partner with product team and marketing on sales initiatives
  • Work with process analyst team to prepare and conduct process walkthroughs, process flow updates, and journey mapping/client experience brainstorming sessions
  • Support and develop internal and external vendor/partner relationships
  • Develop and provide operations reporting and submit risk incidents as needed BUR (Business Unit Reviewer) and AdTrax submissions for product servicing campaigns
  • Actively identify opportunities to recommend, develop and build service and operations improvements for the organization


Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant experience. *Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Banking lending product operations experience
  • Good analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations and processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively on recommendations and analysis results and establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization
  • Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
