As a Technical Program Manager focusing on Data & AI and Privacy, you will:
- Spearhead the design, development, and execution of personalized user experiences by partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Marketing teams.
- Champion the advancement of data signals and AI/ML capabilities, ensuring user privacy remains paramount.
- Enhance the relevance and context of user communications by leveraging data assets.
- Empower marketing teams to make data-driven decisions by providing actionable insights.
- Contribute to critical initiatives, including new product launches and data-driven customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable data initiatives.
- Communicate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain monitoring systems to optimize global operations.
- Design and validate data architecture for marketing optimization efforts.
- Uphold best practices and privacy guidelines in all data-related activities.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving technical design, back-end architecture, and data pipelines.
- Proven experience leading projects integrating AI/ML into automated marketing messaging and user-facing applications.
- Experience collaborating with privacy and legal teams to navigate global data usage regulations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
- Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Expert-level proficiency in databases and data retrieval, including SQL.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- B.S./M.S. in a relevant quantitative discipline: Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Strong understanding of Growth Marketing initiatives and consumer lifecycles.
- High proficiency in Python, with experience in LLMs preferred.
- Experience working across different global cultures.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively partner with and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working with on-device data or AI/ML solutions.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $78.91 to $87.68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
