Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering, analytics, etc.) to enhance the customer journey.
- Optimize marketing flows across the subscription lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
- Gather business requirements and identify key capabilities across marketing platforms.
- Develop and champion a best-in-class growth program in partnership with the Customer Lifecycle team.
- Create compelling presentations to communicate vision and strategy to leadership.
- Propose creative solutions to complex challenges, considering resource constraints.
- Prioritize key initiatives and drive roadmap execution across all functions.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize experiences based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a marketing-focused product manager; B2C advertising/marketing technology experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of growth product management, with expertise in subscription and/or recurring revenue business models.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners.
- Proven ability to drive significant impact in matrixed organizations through collaboration and partnership.
- Successful track record of working on complex, international, time-critical projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience digging into details to identify opportunities utilizing existing capabilities in new ways.
Education:
- BS/BA degree preferred; MS/MA/MBA a plus
