





The Content Specialist will provide essential support to the Infra Data Centers Content team, focusing on delivering specific tasks that enable the creation of high-quality content and communications that engage our audiences. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills, digital marketing experience, and a strong understanding of digital creative tools. The ideal candidate will also be adept at administration, managing projects and timelines, developing relationships with key internal stakeholders, and will be goal-oriented with strong data management and organizational skills. Having proven writing and editing skills, and/or creative video or graphics skills is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide content support to the Infra Data Centers Content team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage Email Aliasese by triaging emails, filtering, directing them to relevant points of contact, and replying with boilerplate responses in a timely fashion.
- Support the research and development of a digital asset library for wider use within Infra, exploring off the shelf online and digital tools.
- Source and liaise with vendors under team direction to deliver required services.
- Provide template support for content creation, including data organisation and preparation for external vendor design.
- Prepare, and potentially create, graphics and visual content that engages our audiences and supports our brand.
- Assist with video content creation by compiling timestamps and edit instructions for technical vendors and/or pulling clips from existing videos if technically skilled.
- Compile a database of annual commemorative dates and important events, prepare content using existing materials, manage the review process with internal partners, and organize document creation of content plans.
- Update multiple Google Slide presentations with annual statistics or narrative changes as required, requiring attention to detail and comprehensive data input skills.
- Review videos for sound bytes and write up quotes for future use by the team.
- Draft new web blog posts from existing social media or other content.
- Understand content data analytics and support the tracking of data from both external team-owned platforms and cross-functional internal partnerships by sourcing and inputting data.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, demonstrating strong project management skills.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or digital marketing (Master’s degree preferred)
- 7 years of experience in Communications or digital marketing, with experience in social and web platforms
- Proven writing and editing skills, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong administrative, organizational and project management skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience communicating to different audiences
Ideal Candidate:
- Creative video or graphics skills, and specific experience with Canva, Adobe Suite or other creative tools and advantage
- Experience with data management and analysis tools
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.09 to $61.22 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
