Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Performance Media Analyst/Manager to join our team. This role is essential for driving data-driven decisions to enhance our media performance across various channels. The ideal candidate will leverage analytics to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and develop comprehensive measurement plans that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze media performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Develop and implement measurement plans to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Conduct in-depth reporting and analytics to track media performance and inform strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign management and budget allocation effectively.
• Utilize A/B testing and test & learn methodologies to refine media strategies.
• Oversee the trafficking of campaigns and ensure timely delivery of assets and creatives.
• Provide Q&A support to ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in media analytics and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in reporting tools and analytics software.
• Experience with ROI analysis and measurement plan development.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Nice to have: Experience with budget allocation and campaign management.
