Usability Specialist III (2 SUBS)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Usability Specialist III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research and usability testing, with a focus on enhancing user experience through data-driven insights. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to effectively integrate user feedback into product design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.
• Collaborate with product design and development teams to identify user needs and propose design improvements.
• Utilize tools such as Figma and Quip to create prototypes and wireframes that enhance user experience.
• Analyze research data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Ensure compliance with legal and data privacy standards in all usability research activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Quip.
• Strong understanding of legal and data privacy considerations related to user research.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
