Supporting:Large Financial Services Client
Location:Hybrid - Tuesday through Thursday - McLean, VA
Position Description:
In this role youll shape software delivery methodologies and drive enterprise-wide initiatives. Youll leverage change management strategies to support the adoption of critical project changes, conducting impact analyses and managing stakeholder readiness. Your role will involve leading training and communication efforts, ensuring effective delivery of technology tools and resources. Proficiency in agile methodologies is essential as you streamline processes across multi-disciplinary projects. This position requires a broad understanding of the firm's functions, allowing you to thrive as an internal consultant and thought leader.
Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-10 years in relevant roles, with over 2 years in Agile methodology.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Training Development: Skilled in creating modern training materials, including on-demand video series.
• Change Management: Strong background in leading complex change initiatives across multiple portfolios.
• Communication Strategy: Developed change management communication strategies for effective organizational adoption.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proficient in facilitating meetings, influencing stakeholders, and navigating company dynamics.
• Project Strategy: Designed and executed comprehensive change strategies aligned with company vision and business goals.
• Data Visualization: Ability to create simple visualizations and translate complex data into digestible formats for executive reporting.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) and knowledgeable about the secondary mortgage market.
• Personal Attributes: Energetic change agent with strong problem-solving skills, self-starter mentality, and effective communication abilities.
