About this role:
This newly created position will be responsible for leading upper and lower funnel performance measurement for paid, organic, and owned channels. This individual will serve as the primary point person on all analytics support needs, managing the execution of existing measurement plans, recommending new test & learn initiatives, and synthesizing results into actionable insights to help inform marketing and business decisions. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC or New York, NY and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Lead Analytics Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop campaign targeting strategies and measurement plans.
Measurement & Execution: Plan, coordinate and execute measurement agenda in partnership with marketing execution and media agency teams, ensuring measurement plans are accurately executed and results are shared in timely manner.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Execute data analysis from various sources, such as ad platforms, website analytics, social media channels, and third-party data providers. Establish benchmarks, measure performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports/dashboards and present findings to leadership as well as key stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience developing reporting capabilities that measure the impact of marketing (i.e. paid media) campaigns
Experience establishing benchmarks that improve return on investment / operational efficiency
Experience managing relationships and collaborating with external agencies
Experience developing presentations with actionable recommendations
Experience consulting and influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers
Experience presenting information that enhances understanding at all levels
